Westhoughton North with Chew Moor
Arthur Price is your Liberal Democrat candidate for the Westhoughton North with Chew Moor ward. Arthur is a former mayor of Westhoughton and is currently a town councillor on Westhoughton Town Council.
Westhoughton South
Neil Maher is your Liberal Democrat candidate for the Westhoughton South ward. He is currently a town councillor on Westhoughton Town Council. Neil served in the Armed Forces for 22 years and has worked for the NHS for 18 years.
