Bernadette was elected as a Westhoughton town councillor representing the Wingates ward in January 2017. As a local resident herself, Bernadette is keen to support our independent businesses. Bernadette works in the legal profession and is married with a step son.

Deirdre was elected as a Westhoughton town councillor in March 2018. She has lived in Westhoughton for 15 years and works in the legal profession.

Westhoughton South ward councillor

David has been a Westhoughton town councillor for 27 years, a Bolton councillor for 21 years and Mayor twice. He has lived in Westhoughton all of his life and has a son, Michael. He is a former engineer who now works for a train company.
