20 houses plan for La Scala site in Wingates
La Scala restaurant in Wingates
A new planning application for 20 houses has been announced, this time on Chorley Road in Wingates.
It appears to include the former Wingates Labour Club site, the car business site and the La Scala restaurant building.
The planning application is 14469/22 is labelled 53/57 Chorley Road.
The plans will be considered by Bolton Council in the coming weeks. You can submit your views on the Bolton Council website.
